City of Windsor Programs
Phoenix Drilling Inc. is an approved contractor for the City of Windsor. Currently the City of Windsor offers financing options for homeowners that need a new sanitary replacement.
The City of Windsor also has the Basement Flood Protection Program that offers rebates on Backwater Valve installations with sump pumps and pits, that was put in place due to the heavy rains and the aging and undersized infrastructures.
Most municipalities have programs for Basement Flood Protection. If you reside outside of Windsor but you are still in Essex County, give us a call and we can advise if the area you live in qualifies for a rebate.
